Charles began his construction career in 1980.  As founder of CAPCO Steel, Inc., in 1985, Charles has led numerous seminars and been both published and featured in industry publications. 

His experience includes welding, fabrication, steel erection and general contracting as well as the design, development, and construction of commercial projects.
