Rodger Roycroft runs CAPCO Steel with an air of efficiency, an attitude that anything can be done, and a down-to-business approach tempered by his many years in the field. Rodger began his career in commercial construction almost 25 years ago in New Zealand and, after moving to the United States in 1988, continued to field his own erection crew until the mid-1990s. Shifting his focus to senior management ten years ago, Rodger joined CAPCO in 1999 as Director of Operations and was named as its President in 2007.
