Ian has overseen the metal building division of Capco's business for over 10 years. His relationship with Capco began while he was working as a steel installer. His experience in the field has taught him the ins and outs of the industry, making him an invaluable member of the Capco team. As the head of the steel division, Ian is a strong leader and excels at motivating his team to think objectively and come up with fresh ideas. Ian loves that his role presents him with challenges that push him to develop solutions through effective problem solving. Ian travels to New Zealand every few years, where he loves spending time outdoors in his hometown.
